This one day course provides solid, practical training on how to create a versatile business strategy and avoid some of the pitfalls that many early-stage businesses fall foul of.By the end of the training day, delegates will have:

• A clear vision for their business and what it is they want to achieve
• An understanding of their own unique point of differentiation
• A strategic growth plan to help them navigate through the early years
• An action plan to help them turn the strategy into reality
• A way of measuring their progress towards their objectives

Delegates will also receive a free two-hour follow up session to fine tune their business strategy and kick off their action plan.

The training will take place in the Boardroom of the Bosco Hotel in Surbiton, a two-minute walk from Surbiton mainline station.
