Based in Harrogate and Wetherby, Horner provides support and strategic advice to owners and directors of SMEs, helping them achieve their goals.
Married with two children and a keen golfer and tennis player, Horner is looking forward to the challenge. ‘I have been in the institutional investment world for nearly 20 years and have a huge amount of respect SME business owners.
