by

Carlos Horner, an experienced financial services professional, has launched Business Doctors, the UK’s fastest growing support service for small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs), in the North Yorkshire region.

Based in Harrogate and Wetherby, Horner provides support and strategic advice to owners and directors of SMEs, helping them achieve their goals.
Married with two children and a keen golfer and tennis player, Horner is looking forward to the challenge. ‘I have been in the institutional investment world for nearly 20 years and have a huge amount of respect SME business owners.

‘I understand the hard work required in getting a business operational,’ commented Horner and believe some of my experience can be put to good use helping business owners achieve their ambitions. I am also looking forward to working in the SME sector who are such an important part of UK economy,’ he concluded.

With over 30 franchisee operations throughout the UK, Rod Davies, the Business Doctors founder, is delighted to welcome Carlos on board. ‘The breadth of experience our Business Doctors have is considerable. Carlos implicitly understands what business owners need and his considerable skill-set complements that need.’

Business Doctors’ advice is geared to drive business growth, from strategies for sales and boosting profits to advice for effective people management, accessing finance and acquiring other businesses.
