New Year – Refreshed – But still too busy to think straight ? Our clients are increasingly ‘complaining’ about being too busy rather than not busy enough.

Our immediate response is to take that all important step back and make the time to carry out some serious analysis on what all that extra ‘busyness’ is actually delivering in terms of your bottom line.

The usual response is like the old excuse of not being able to attend a time management course because I’m……TOO BUSY.  However given that the often quoted and very true mantra that if you do what you have always done you will get what you have always got applies here.
