Business Doctors West Yorkshire have been working closely with the University of Bradford MBA programme, engaging student Naveen Kamalasekaran in a project to look at the regional team’s working methods and determine opportunities for improvement.
Looking closely at the existing tools, roles, responsibilites, relationships and communication channels Naveen carefully documented existing processes and produced a number of suggestions for opportunities to develop a leaner operation.
Neil Kendall of Business Doctors West Yorkshire said, ‘Naveen’s suggestions were bang on. His insight really made us think long and hard about the way we work. We wish him all the very best for his future endeavours.’
We are happy to hear that Naveen gained a distinction for his fantastic work, we are currently looking at ways to integrate Naveen’s suggestions into daily working practice.
